1. Raia development Initiative (RDI), hereafter referred to as RDI invites prospective bidders to submit a sealed bid for the Proposed Construction works in Gerilley borehole, Wajir County in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of requirements as set out in this Invitation to Tender (ITT).
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 8:00am to 5:00pm at the address given below.
3. A complete Set of Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded FREE from the website rdisomken.org Tenderers who download the tender document and wish to submit a bid must forward their particulars immediately to RDI Wajir Office or raiadevelopmentinitiative@gmail.com to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
4. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes applicable. Tenders shall remain valid for 30 days from the date of opening of tenders.
5. Completed bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 22/11/2025 at 4.00 p.m. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
6. Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late tenders will be rejected.
